Welcome to
MCF Chocolates
At Montserrat Cocoa Farmers Co-Op, we're dedicated to producing high-quality cocoa and creating a sustainable farming community. Our mission is to elevate the status of farmers, increase wealth in the farming community, and sustain a green environment. Join us on our journey to remove the negative stigma attached to cocoa farming.
Once Upon a Time
In the beautiful twin island Republic of Trinidad & Tobago in the Caribbean, cocoa was king, and the Montserrat Hills of Trinidad’s central range, world renowned for its fine flavour Trinitario cocoa, was responsible for much of the country’s exports to Europe and the US.
However, over the years, things changed…..
